that's just it...so I'm kinda nervous for her. She has a nice XC bike (Kona Dawg) but she really hasn't done anything too offroad....I've never even seen her huck a curb. but she's no fraidy-cat that's for sure. I have some DH/Freeride instructional DVD's (beginner level)that I've tried to get her to watch but up until a couple days ago she wasn't all that interested. I have a feeling she'll do fine the 1st bit of Salamander, but she'll be walking the last half at certain spots. I told her we'll go slow and stop alot. (which is ok for a 1st timer) Gonna try to get her out on the bike today and tomorrow to get her used to hucking.
Speaking of walking....I rode Evergreen a week ago and I walked almost the whole thing. That run is f*cked up. Black Diamond my ass.....that should be like Triple Diamond

great news....Gen wants to try DH on wednesday...it'll be her very 1st time. like a dream come true, so I hope she likes it after

well...they announced closing this past weekend days in advance. The runs need time to dry out. with all the mud the riders are digging deep ruts and grooves in the trails. I heard that bikedumpdave is asking CF to be open August 3rd to make up for the rain days we've lost

well i'm no longer worried about the Stabs weight. I took it out for a good long ride today and it's easily 10X the bike the Stinky is. It handled like a dream and the boxxer is SAH-WEEET

Same thing as before...waiting for this part to come in and that part to come in...plus it's the busy season. I left the front wheel today and new hub to have the rim re-laced. Bye bye seismic. I took the stab out for my first ever ride today and it is fantastic

we went out for a bit a couple weeks ago and found absolutely nothing in my area. But I sold him a BB. I'm picking up my Stab today FINALLY. And I just bought a Kona Dawg XC bike the other day

yeah I'm getting a 9" disk. gawd this is gonna look so awefull. I'll see how it is and if it's balls I'll replace the calliper and go back to an 8"
